Though Brain Lobes 101 is openly available for any learner, this course is especially beneficial for first- and second-year psychology students who want to either prepare or refresh their knowledge of brain lobes.
This course is intentionally designed to be inclusive and accessible to a variety of learners and their needs. For learners who experience hearing loss, most of the materials in modules will be text and the non-text media we include will have closed-captioning. As this course is hosted asynchronously online, the material is compatible with many devices for learners who do not necessarily have access to a computer. Additionally, due to the nature of this course being online and asynchronous, we encourage more than just first and second year students to partake in this resource. For example, single parents who are currently working and or studying can participate in this. The course is self-led, allowing for all learnings to move and learn at their own pace.
